About the Role
Youth Positive Impact Coaching (YPIC) is seeking compassionate and motivated QMHPs to provide direct mental and behavioral health support services to children, adolescents, and families throughout the community. This role focuses on skill-building, behavioral support, case coordination, crisis intervention, and helping clients achieve individualized treatment goals in home, school, and community settings. QMHPs work closely with licensed clinicians, families, schools, and community partners to create positive outcomes and long-term stability for youth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical support skills
Knowledge of community resources and treatment planning
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines
