About the Role
YPIC is seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to provide high-quality counseling services to youth and families in individual, family, and group settings. LPCs play a key role in assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention, and supporting the emotional wellness of clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping youth overcome challenges and committed to promoting healing, growth, and positive change within the community.
Requirements
Active LPC license in the State of Texas
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy
Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to promoting healing and positive change
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
